Looking for David Evans father of Sydney Evans Cook

HELP! For all the records the Quakers kept...I still can not find some of my line.

I have Sydney Cook who is buried at Menallen MM in Adams County PA. I do not have much on this family. Sidney was the daughter of David & Mary Evans born 5/22/1769, in Manchester twp., York county. Sidney & Isaac married about 1790 in Warrington twp., York Co. Even though Isaac and Sydney are buried at Menallen MM ..I think they may have left the Quaker faith at one time...I am not sure about this. Isaac Cook's parents are Jesse Cook and Mary Wierman. Any clues or helps would be great. I did find a Sydney Evans in Philadelphia MM but I don't think she was the correct age.
Thanks
PSB
