Thank you Sandra. I wondered about the wording of that extraction in the manuscript. I have ydna Parker cousins from N.Yorkshire. There is however the family of Browsholme Parkers. According to paper trail of Parker Family Group #5, I understand that the Browsholme Parker family is a different haplogroup and therefore is not of my own Parker line. There is this John Parker who is listed as Col. who came from England at that time and I wonder if he is from one of the N.Yorkshire England Parker family line. He could be my immigrant. I have studied many of the Browsholme Parker descendants trails and one did reside in Nansemond co. Virginia. This John H. (Col.) Parker is living close to another Parker branch who is directly descended from the Kirby Hill on the Moor, N.Yorkshire Parkers. (ydna tests) Col. John Parker is the man I am looking for in that area. Please see my post today on England genforum. thank you so much. Notify Administrator about this message?
