Quaker emigration from Yorkshire, England

I am interested in any Quaker emigrations from England in 1700 to Virginia.
My person of interest is a John Parker listed as "Col." who came from England in 1700 and settled on the James River. The record does not say he was born in England so I am supposing he was away at school and then came home?
Most of the Parkers who lived in that area were of the Quaker faith and I am trying to find his parents' documentation. I think he may be a son of Thomas and Jeane Early Evans Parker who resided in Northampton co. N.C.
If there was a general migration from N.Yorkshire England in 1700, it should help narrow the research field down.
Thank you so much.
