Trying to sort out Smiths is the usual nightmare (speaking as one who has Smiths in the family!), but I did find
Holloway, Rachel (now Smith) com med by Hopewell MM, Va 1-21-1821 (shich means she was complained about at the meeting for marrying contrary to discipline.
In case you're not familiar with the area, Earlham College, in Richmond, Indiana, is a Quaker College, and has extensive Quaker materials. They have an online site that might help you figure out what they have that might be a help to your research.
