Darius and Rachel were my ancestors and I have also tried unsuccessfully to find their burial places. In 1860 Darius (63) apparently widowed was living with daughter Ruth and her husband Robert Crawford in Franklin Twp, Appanoose County, Iowa. By 1870 Ruth and Robert were living in Warren County and Darius was not with them so he may have died in Appanoose County.
