I told you in an earlier email that I found no mention of Ann/Anna Lane.....but there are other Lanes in the records, though most seem later...late 1800s-1900s. However, if you send me the dates you're interested in, I'll see if I can find anything, although if Anna had been a member of the meeting, or child of a member, I'd have found her the last time I checked....send me a specific time frame..from ? to ?.. and I'll see what I can find....it would help to include some given names to go with LAND.
I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by "when Piney Grove was 'laid down'....so, you'll have to explain what that means. There was no Black Creek meeting in NC...you may mean the BACK Creek meeting,,,in Randolph Co...however, it is an offshoot of the Cane Creek meeting, and before that, attached to the Carter MM...I see no ties to Piney Grove.
