I didn't find a marriage in NC records for these two, but did find Ziba's parents and other relatives
Ziba Marine, child Charles and Abba, b 3-26-1805.
Jonathan Marine b 1752 w. Mary b 4-4-1746
ch; mary b 1776
Jonathan b 1780
John b 1782
Charles b 1784
Jesse b 1786

I couldn't find anything on ANNA LAND, in the Piney grove mm records on Hinshaw.
I can't envision a reason for them to have been married twice.
