Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

The only way you will get an actual copy of an original document, is to track it down and hope they'll let you put it in a copy machine. Other than that, there is a lookup available from the Chester MM records, on the Chester Co rootsweb site...under lookups.
Have you checked, as I suggested, on back issues of the American Genealogist? I just visited their site and they say that most editions since 96 are available.
