Sarah Bowater, John Beals marriage, 1711, Chester MM

I am looking for a copy of the actual marriage record for John Beals and Sarah Bowater, which took place at the Chester MM, Chester Co, PA on 14d, 9m, 1711. It apparently identifies the witnesses, James and Mary Wright, as family.
I am also very interested in the article written by Stewart Baldwin in "The American Genealogist" in April 2000, concerning the Bowaters. If possible, I would like to see a copy of that article. I will gladly pay for the cost of postage and copying.
