There is an extensive write up in The American Genealogist, April 2000 on the Quaker Bowaters of Pennsylvania.
There is data in the article about Mary Bowater, daughter of John and Mary (Maunder) Bowater, late of Spittlefields, who married James Wright, but it is to long for me to type up the complete article.
It states she requested a cert. to remove to PA on 1 6th mo (August) 1705, (from Devonshire House records) which was signed on the 20th of the same month and on 28 4th mo (June) 1706 her cert. was read at the Philadelphia MM, placing her arrival in America between those two dates.
The records of the Philadelphia MM show that on 28 11th mo. (Jan) 1708(9?), Mary Wright condemned her marriage contrary to discipline.
The footnotes show that the above information is found in Philadelphia MM records, in Hinshaw, 2:469 and 2:694
