Hi this is Donna I have a copy of a page out of a Lineage book with the following information on it.
Mrs. Lenore Sherwood Pyle
Born in Bryan, Ohio.
Wife of Dr. JOhn Sherman Pyle.
Descendant of Isaac Sherwooo and of James Mullin. Daughter of Isaac R. Sherwood and Katharine Margaret Brownlee, his wife.
Granddaughter of Aaron Sherwood (b.1787) and Maria Yeomans (b 1801), his wife;James Brownlee and Rebecca Mullin, his Wife.Great Granddaughter Of Isaac Sherwood and Drusilla Moore, his wife. George mullin and Katherine Hammer, his wife.
Great Great Granddaughter of James Mullin and Mary Shannon, his wife.
Isaac Sherwood, (1758-1844), was wagon boy in the beginning of teh Revolution and served in the Cavalry under Gates, 1777. He was born in Bennington, VT. removed to Dutchess county, New York.
Jame Mullin enlisted, 1776, in Capt. William Rippey's company from Cumberland county under Col. William Iryine and served in the northern campaign. He was born in Cumberland county, Pennsylvania where he died.
