I found a few old newspapers in my father's belongings. One being The Charlotte Observer, dated Monday, 25 Nov 1963. From this paper, I transcribed all of the "North Carolina And South Carolina Deaths And Funerals", the Mecklenburg Obituaries, & other death/funeral information that I saw.

One article I transcribed is: South Carolina Wrecks Kill 6 Persons [Kenneth Lee Mizer, Patrick H. Griffin, Clyde Ray Howey, Fred Geddes Sr., John Henry Jones Jr., Rena Pyatt, Naomi Williams]
