OBIT: DEATHS: Mother of Four Sets of Twins, Demise of Mrs. Margaret Cassidy in her 70th year. A brief illness due to dropsy and puritis, resulted in the death of Margaret (nee Hart), widow of Michael J. Cassidy, at noon, Tuesday at her home, 948 North 10th street, aged 69 years, 5 months and ____days. She had been ill only one week, three days of which she was confined to bed. Mrs. Cassidy was a native of Willmington, Del. She moved to Pottsville, where she spent some years. She came to Reading in 1875. Mrs Cassidy was the mother of 12 children, among whom were 4 sets of twins. Nine children, eight sons and one daughter, preceded her in death. Deceased was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. These children remain: **Margaret, wife of Thomas** Putt; Louis M. and Eva A. and a sister, Mrs. Annie Lally, the latter of Philidelphia.

FUNERAL of Margaret L. Cassidy: With services in St. Joseph's Catholic Church in charge of three priests and a choir, the funeral of Margaret L., widow of Michael J. Cassidy, took place from her home, 948 North Tenth Street. High mass of requiem was celebrated. The priests in attendance were Rev. George P. Degnan, rector of St. Josephs; Rev. Edward F. X. Curran and Rev. Maurice A. Walsh, recotr and assistant rector, respectively, of St. Margaaret's parrish. Prof. Henke, of St. Joseph's church, directed the choir, who assisted in singing in the mass. Mrs. Gross and Loretta Henke sang "Face to Face". The bearers were Thomas Nangle, Patsy Smith, Harry Noragong, John Lilly, Frank Wolf and Henry Hart. The tributes follow: Vacant chair, daughter Eva; pillow, son Louis and family; galax wreath, Lillie Wilson; daffodils, Josephine Palm; hyacinths, grandchildren; wreath, daughter Mamie; narcissus, Mrs. Strangler and Mrs. Hayes; dffodils, Smith family; lillies, friend: basket of carnations, friend May; daffodils, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lenich and daughters Annie and Elizabeth; carnations, Mrs. Vath; blanket, Eva and Louis; Basket of carnations, Louis, Eva and Katie; carnations, Mabel McCloskey; basket of sweet peas, Mrs. Cavanaugh and Mrs. Haggerty; carnations, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Cassidy; lillies, sister Annie and Niece; flowers, Samuel Henry. Interment was in Catholic cemetery by Undertaker Dougherty.
