Prudence Pusey, who mar. E.Harbour then Thomas Flowers, was the daughter of Robert Pewsey/Pusey and Magdelena Van Meter. Robert was the son of Caleb Pusey (nephew of 1st Caleb to come to Pa. with William Penn) and Caleb's wife Prudence Carter. The Puseys were Quakers when the families first came to the colonies.
I have more information about Prudence. I was researching her family to find out if she had any brothers who would have gone to Kentucky. I have read that Robert and Magdelena went to Ky with Prudence and Thomas Flowers before the Flowers went on the Indiana.
There is a good genealogy of Magdelena on the Van Meter genforum, especially # 917 by Nevada.
       Good Luck,
Write me again if I can help. This should get you started.
