JOSEPH PURVIS SR.
SCOTLAND NECK — Joseph Purvis Sr., 78, died Sunday, Dec. 3, 2006.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Mary's Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. R.L. Knight officiating. Burial will follow in Conetoe Chapel Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 2-8 p.m. at Lionel Whidbee Funeral Home in Scotland Neck.

Funeral arrangements are by Lionel Whidbee Funeral Home, Scotland Neck.
