Looking for more information on my great great aunt. Born Lavinia May/Mae Purdy in May 1876 Iowa to Washington and Rebecca Castor Purdy. She married William John Timmons b. 25 Dec 1861 according to some records but actually was 1859. William was the son of Ezekiel S. and Louisa Shively Timmons and was born in Marietta, Marshall, Iowa.
William and Lavinia had 10 children: Nellie b. (ct 1892 IA; Benjamin b. Oct 1894 IA; Stella b. Mar 1896 IA; Leona b. Feb 1897 Neb; Marie b. Jul 1899 Meb; Lucy b. ca 1901 Neb; Bryan b. ca 1903 IA; Gertrude b. ca 1804 IA; Washington b. ca 1906 IA; and Theodore b. ca 1908 AR.

Can anyone help me out here? IS the girl listed as Mary actually my Levinia May/Mae? It would appear to be so, but there seem to be a multitude of Purdy's!
