I have the OBIT, which I posted to this site in my message #4. Here it is, as published in The Cleo Chieftain Newspaper in Cleo, Major Co. OK, Feb 2, 1917 ELIZA A. PUNCHES Eliza A. Punches was born in Goram (Gorham), Ontario Co. NY on August 27, 1830, and went to Michigan when she was seven years old. On December 20, 1850, she was married to Elijah M. Cuthbert, and to this union was born ten children, five girls and five boys, five of whom are still living. The husband died on March 13, 1875, and she remained his widow since. At the age of eighteen she united with the Methodist church. Departed this life on January 23, 1917, age 86 years, 4 months and 27 days. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. M. C. Lakey with interment at Square Cedar Cemetery. As you can see, the newspaper obit, listed her as Eliza A. Punches not as Eliza A. Cuthbert. I requested her death certificate both ways. There is no mention of a funeral home handling her funeral. On her grave at the cemetery there was a small brass funeral home marker with her name imprinted in the medal. Please note that Eliza was living in Major Co. OK in 1910 Federal Census with one of her daughters, Chloe Griffith. Eliza died in Cleo, Major Co. OK not in Garfield Co. OK. It was my ggrandmother that was living in Enid, Garfield Co., OK in 1910 - 1912. Mary Cuthbert Mangum/Mangam married (2) Hiram Tarr in June 1911. Mary & Hiram disappear from Enid after their marriage. They may have gone back to KS or to IL, since some of the family did go to KS and IL. The Mangum/Mangam cousins that I found this summer tell me that Mary died about 1915 but don't know where. Their mother, Iva Arzella was almost 10 years old and she was born in about 1905. I'll check the LDS site to see if they have Major Co death records microfilmed.
