Charles Pulling's parents were
Wm PULLING bap 6 Mar 1763 Berry Pomeroy (born to John PULLING & Susanna ?????)
Elizabeth Tully PENNY bap 5 Apr 1764 Paignton (born to John PENNY & Elizabeth ABBOTT)
Elizabeth Pulling's parents were
George Christopher PULLING, Capt RN (born to George PULLING & Mary Ann JOLIFFE)
Elizabeth MOSER (born to Robert MOSER & Elizabeth CRAWSHAY)
They were second cousins as they shared a great-grandfather John PULLING who married Mary KING at Buckfastleigh, Devon on 11 Jun 1728.
Great-grandfather John PULLING is described as yeoman farmer of Staverton, Devon.
