Where did Jesse Perry PULLEY and family live in 1870?

Looking for Jesse Perry PULLEY (b. 17 March 1808 in Mecklenberg VA) household on 1870 census. Jesse was married to Mary Susan RASCO. They lived in Western District, Bienville Parish, Louisiana in 1850, in Harrells, Dallas County, Alabama in 1860, and in Pleasant Ridge, Fulton County, Arkansas in 1880. I can't find them in 1870. Does anyone know where they were living then? They moved so often, it's hard to keep track of them. Thanks
