Willoughby Pugh
Thomas Pugh's father was Willoughby Pugh and his 1st Wife (her name not known. Willoughby married second Martha Landrum. Willoughby was born 3 May 1711. Will is in Charlotte County Will BK. 1, pg 431B and was made out on 27 May 1786 and probated 5 April 1790.
Willoughby had following children by first wife, order not known:
David, Rosamond, Willoughby, John, Thomas and Samuel.
By second wife Martha:

James - born 21 Feb 1761 according to his Rev. War Pension Application

Thomas died intestate and death is reported in Charlotte Co. Court Order Bk. 9 pg 27. An order was issued to have the estate appraised. In Will BK 2 pg 348 the estate appraisal was reported and recorded. Charlotte Co. Census for 1790 list the following:
