William (the elder) may be the William Pryor in Anderson Co., TN in 1830. You may find people around the family in AR who were also neighbors in TN. How did you match Samuel Jackson Pryor in Yell Co., AR to parents William and Sarah in Pope Co.? Have you been able to find Samuel on the 1850 Census?
