First, which Isaac Pruitt are you referring to where Jacob L Pruitt was the bondsman? I was under the impression that Jacob's son died between 1860 and 1870 which is his teen years give or take a couple.

Second, when I saw the name Lonas, I remembered finding that some years ago. I had a computer problem back in 2005 and lost about 2 years of research that was on the computer only. Yes, stupid me did not have a back up. Trying to get those two years back has been a chore partially because while working on some lines I've been finding new information that I know I didn't have before. Don't mind finding something new but that leads to other research which in turns takes time and then I can't get to other lines which need to be worked on.

Third, I have the same dates as you do for Jacob and Nancy, but don't have it noted where I found them. So you know that's part of the info I lost. I do have folders to go through (again), but I'm hoping that I can find something online which will provide a better or additional resource.

Fourth, don't know how many children you have for Jacob's father but here's what I have if you want to check your records -

by 1st wife Mary 'Polly' Stickley
1) unidentified son (no birth date info)
2) Cascinda (Mrs John Bell) Link
3) Jacob Lonus Pruitt (Paralee D Ruyle and Nancy Morrisette)
4) Sarah Catherine (Mrs John Wesley) Ruyle
5) Elizabeth (Isaac) Butcher)
6) Matilda (Irving) Butcher

by 2nd wife Anna Gilpin (widow of John L Ruyle)
1) Francis M (male) Pruitt
2) Isaac Pruitt
3) Christian Link Pruitt

If you want to discuss further, feel free to write me privately. I'd like to put your name in my files but don't know where you belong even though I have some information on more recent generations of your branch of the family.

Cousin
Debbi (4th gr-granddau of James Pruitt son of Martin)
