Jolene,

We have common ancestors.

(I could send you more complete info later: I do not find for the moment my genealogy file).

Up to François Prud'homme and Marie-Anne Courault, everything is the same.

Their son, Nicolas Prud'homme married Françoise Roy.

Their son, Eustache Prud'homme married Angélique Barré.

Their son, Eustache Prud'homme married Véronique Parent.

Their son, Félix Prud'homme married Zoé Hurtubise.

Their son, Jérémie Prud'homme married Emma Marie Fortier.

Their son, Nicolas Prud'homme married Françoise Roy.

They had 14 children (I have all the names), out of whom Albert Félix married Joséphine "Maria" Gougeon. They got married in 1912, if I'm not mistaking, in Saint-Laurent, on the island of Montreal.

They also had 14 children (here again, I have all the names), out of whom Bernadette Prud'homme is my mother. (Out of these 14 children, came 28 grandchildren). She married Roland O'Shaughnessy in the Saint-Sixte Parish in Saint-Laurent, on Aug. 13th, 1955.

As far as Claude is concerned, I'm afraid I don't have more information. I think I have read somewhere that they were from Lagny-sur-Marne (Île-de-France), France. That's probably 50 km east of Paris.

So long for now. You'll probably want more info now that I have teased you....

Georges O'Shaughnessy
