Good Morning Pamela,
Clinton & Nancy Myers Whaley are my great-grandparents. Jonathon & Ruth Gilbert Whaley are my great-great-grandparents. I don't know the connection to the Prosser Family, but I believe there is a connection. Perhaps by marriage. If you put the name Clinton Whaley on google, there is an article that includes Ruth's Family coming to Oneida, NY along with her son Clinton. It is a very intersting article.
