Elizabeth Proctor of Charles county, Md.
was fined in 1707 for having a mulatto child
out of wedlock. She was a servant woman of
William Boarman in Charles County, Md.

She had a will written on June 4, 1727
Liber L #2 listing her son Charles has
who property would be left to. also, 1743
Liber 23 Folio 445 listed again the will
in her name to son Charles, this is probably
when she died. {These are the beginning
Proctors of Charles County's 3rd race people.
Some say Wesort, Black or Indian, but records
list as mulattoes. Always listed as free
people in Catholic records going back to
1795, Bryantown catholic church.

Wish you the best on your research
