Our oldest member is Gideon Pritchett (1822) moved to Conecuh Al in 1858, served in Civil War with the LA 4th, owned land in Conecuh, moved back to Early Co., GA in 1868. Died in Clay Co.Ga in 1909, buried in Mars Hill Primitive Baptist Cementary. It has been a big mystery as to why he moved so far and who was his relatives there?
