Using Windows 7.

You're asking ME about about a "Windows issue interacting with FTM".

Seems like FTM 2011 needs a complete overhaul.

Years back when I got my first FTM program, I NEVER had issues like I'm having with this piece of crap. What a work of art. Ancestry needs to take a serious look at what they are doing to everyday hobbyists like me and create a sensible program, easy to use as in the days of yore.

I get so $%#& tired of clicking all the time and going back and forth, back and forth, and lord knows what else.

All I know is that something is definitely wrong with FTM 2011 but not being a computer genius or a genealogy genius, I can't say exactly what is wrong, just that it is wrong. The entire program just feels wrong and parts of it absolutely don't work.

If FTM 2011 crashes, then it's Ancestry's fault for creating this monster!

So I am venting. . .

I don't think you can help me at all. And the so-called online help with articles and the like are useless. So I at this point I don't know what I will do. Call Ancestry for one, but as to being able using this program I don't see how I am going to do it.
