Thanks for the reply. This is not the Martin Pringle I was looking for as my Martin was born in Ontario.

No doubt these Pringles are related somewhere along the line. My branch stems from William Pringle born 1631 in Scotland settled in New Haven around 1650, although other members of the family spread throughout the USA in the years leading up to the War of Independance.

After the War of Independance, some of the Pringles came to Canada as United Empire Loyalists thus continuing my line on this side of the boarder.
