No, I am not a descendant of Nannie PRILLAMAN TURNER. The letter came to me thru my great-grandmother Ella MACDOUGALL, who was a descendant of a different Prillaman line thru her great-grandmother Elizabeth "PRILLAMAN" FULLER. Ella did genealogy research for herself and for hire. I believe she was trying to trace her PRILLAMAN ancestors on back from her great-grandmother Elizabeth and contacted Nannie to ask her for information on the PRILLAMANs. I have no idea what happened to the Bible. I haven't been able to trace Nannie's line back to the ancestor that she and Ella had in common, but maybe with the information you have provided, I will be able to find where Ella and Nannie connected on the family tree. I'll have to go thru Nannie's letter again and try to match person's mentioned in it with persons in your post.
