Dear Art,
While looking for information on the Prill family, I came across you posting. Minnie Prill Blyton was my grandmother. I don't know if you want information about her, but my mother and I could give you. Minnie married Ray Blyton and they moved to Wibaux, Montana where they farmed. They had two sons-Philbert M. and Floyd Raymond (my father). While at my mother's house a month ago we ran across a picture of a brother of Minnie's (I can't remember his name). My mother is planning to come to Wisconsin this summer to see if she can find some family history and just this morning she asked me to go with her. It is my understanding that Karl and Augustine came from Strassburg, Austria or Prussia. They had a daughter named Martha that died as a very young child before they left Europe. I also understand that Augustine's father came to America with them. Minnie was born on Dec. 1, 1884. I have some other year dates, but would need to check with my mother to be more sure of the dates. I hope this helps you somewhat. We would be very interested in talking with you and learning what you know about the family. My Grandmother was always very secretive about her family and I remember her saying many times that we didn't want to know because of the police! I'm sure this had to come from her parents and the persecution in Europe.
