Not sure how Henry S. Pride fits in with my family. Henry S. Pride didn't show up on the 1850 census, So I gather he moved to Bunners Ridge, Marion Co., WV between 1851-1859. I also see a Heny (spelling?) Pride living with Harmon and Nancy Travis at age 85 and listed as FatherL. I assume Henry moved in with his daughter Nancy Pride. The ages match up with 1860 census. I would guess since they moved beside my family, they were related in some way.
Where are you from?
