Not included as William's notes, but included in the information, I have a William Tarpley Prickett May 1 1844 Roanoak, Randolph, Ala- March 1, 1932.Buried at Bethlehem Methodist Church near Hatchet Creek, Clay county, Ala. (near Goodwater, Alabama)

. Prickett was in the Army Cavalry (PVT) during the Civil War.He served under Joe Wheeler and Stonewall Jackson at Chatanooga (TN); Joel Prickett Cavalry soldier (PVT) ; Tom Prickett, Infantry soldier.
William Tarpley's father was Dr. Wiley John Prickett; Mom was Lucinda Lee, both were from Roanoak, AL.
Sibs-Joel Lee- Marrie Elizabeth Head He died in Birmingham, buried in Selma
Hiram T (Tom) Prickett married 1865 to Neomol Russell, who was born in 1841, died 1883. Tom died in 1922 and is buried in the Russel Family Cemetery on Horn's Valley Rd. near Hatchett Creek
Dock Prickett (_.F.) went to OK and died there
Wiley John Jr. (My great grandfather) went to Texas, Buried in San Antonio, Texas

Wiley John Sr. married a second time to Celeta Green.They had 8 children together. (I have the names if you need them)
After Wiley died, she is recorded as having moved to Iowa Park, TX
