Haskew Price (various spellings) was born ca. 1765 in Virginia and married Nancy Fisher in Caswell County, NC in 1799. He died and left a will in Robertson County, TN in 1852. From naming patterns and other evidence it appears that he had three sons: William, John Henry, and Warren P. Jacob Price in the 1830 Robertson County, TN Census is possibly another son, especially since the oldest son of John Henry Price was named Jacob. William Price was born 1808 in Caswell County, NC and married Martha Clark in Robertson County, TN ca. 1828 (They had a son named Norris Clark Price). William Price died after 1880 in Oconee Township, Shelby County, IL. He had a son named Richard Haskew Price for his father and sons named James Warren Price and John Henry Price for his brothers. John Henry Price was born 1812 in Caswell County, NC and married Mary Johnson Babb ca. 1833 in Robertson County, TN. He died 1866 in Dallas County, MO and is buried in Liberty Cemetery there. Most of his sons seemed to have died young except for John Henry Price, Jr. who is listed in the 1880 Sebastian County, AR Census. John Henry Price, Jr. had two sons named Thomas F. Price and Henry J. Price who settled in California and had issue there. Warren P. Price was born ca. 1818 and married Permelia Babb, the sister of Mary Johnson Babb, in Robertson County, TN in 1851. Warren P. Price is the only son mentioned in the will of his father Haskew Price and apparently took over his estate after his death. Warren P. Price had two sons named John Henry Price and Thomas H. Price that left issue in Robertson County, TN.
