I am looking for information on the family of Sarah Frances Castle Preston (b. 1883 Kentucky d. 1957 Charleston, WVA)
She was my great grandmother. on the 1900 census it shows my great grandfather, Carl (Carley) Preston, living with her family in Johnson County Kentucky.
Her Father; James Castle
Mother: Josephine Castle
Brothers: Warren (b1886)
Millard (b.1888)
Miles(b.1892)
The 1910 Census shows my grandfather Ralph C Preston (age 6) living with James and Josephine Castle in Kanawha County West Virginia.
I can't find the rest of the family listed anywhere. I'd like to figure out why my grandfather wasn't living with his parents at the time and what happened to Sarah's brothers.
Sarah's Obituary in the Charleston Gazette for Friday, Feb 1, 1957, also lists a brother named Bert.
