In Delaware County, IN, was one John Phineas Preston, who married Mary Keisling on May 16, 1851.
They named a daughter, Artymesa Preston, on Decemer 23, 1855. Was she named after Artymesa Marshall Preston?
I know Lynne told you that I had some questions, but I understand you have been busy.
She probably told you that on the 1820 census for Waterford, Washington County, OH, census, Horace had one female under 10 and three males under 16, in addition to the females we already know about. Yes, I know you are trying to prove that Reuben Preston was one of these younger males.
How about the Oliver Preston, born in 1814, who died in Delaware County, IN. Could he be Reuben's brother?
And what about the Obediah Preston, born in 1805, that lived in Waterford, Washington County, OH? Could he be the third son?
A update on your research would be greatly appreciated.
