I live nearby the cemetery in Fairfield, CA where James Pressley, MD, his wife Emma, and I presume his mother Sarah Pressley/relict of JB Pressley, are buried. Along side these graves are others, J. Pressley Barr son of Captain Daniel Dwight Barr, and Margaret J. Barr. The stones give some history of the origins of this family, and they are from one of the areas of SC that I also have some early family ties, however not to the Pressley family. I took photos of the graves, so if this is your family, and you care for copies of these, let me know and will make arrangements. It was a real thrill for me find these stones.
