Hey All:
My 3rd Gr-Grandparents were Ozro Prentice and Hanna Astle.
Their children were:
1) Harlen (Harley) PRENTICE
2) William Isaac PRENTICE
3) Frank PRENTICE
4) Arthur PRENTICE
5) Warren PRENTICE
6) Emmagene or Emma Jean PRENTICE (MORSE)
7) Evanette Prentice (PECK)
8) Effie or Lola PRENTICE (KENNY) My 2nd Gr-Grandma.
I have information on my Lola Prentice, but I don't have information on the others, except Warren. He died I believe in Goshen Co, WY. about 1920. Near Yoder and Torrington, WY.
3rd Gr Ozro Prentice died in 1873 at the of 42 of pneumonia due to exposure, when he drove his team to Newell,IA to get a load of lumber.
3rd Gr Hanna Prentice (Astle) was from ENG. She raised the 8 children on her own and died in 1888.
Ozro and Hanna are buried in the old Union Early Cemetery. Located in Early, Sac Co, IA. I also believe my 4th Isaac PRENTICE is also buried there.
My 2nd Lola PRENTICE married John Richard KENNY in 1886 in Early, Sac Co, IA.
Does anyone have a connection with the other siblings, including my 2nd Gr-Grandma Effie or Lola?
I don't know what happened to the other children of Ozro & Hanna. I need dates for the others and family information. I hope someone can help me, with this family of mine.
