Hello,
Information sought on this couple, very probably parents of Fanny, Jane, Sarah and Anne (these 4 at least survived maybe others). They married respectivley, Joseph Chapman of Towersey, Bucks; John Rose; George Cobbett; and Edward Letchford and all but Fanny moved to London. There is a marriage of John Pratt to Mary Cowling on 11/Oct/1502 at St Mary Magdalene, Oxford. It could be the parents of the 4 girls. Censuses etc. show that the girls were sisters because when widowed they lived with each other or they or their husbands were marriage witnesses. I would like to nail down birth, marr and death dates for the parents and their antecedents. Any descendants of the sisters please get in touch too.
