Hi Jill,
There are sooo many "novice" genealogist and "Keyboard"
researchers out there today that I find this stuff all
the time..... mis-leading information, plagiarized
work done by others.
My life long Prater / Prather work is plagiarized every day!
The Williamus d' Praers (Prater) to William Prater is a work in process.
I find it difficult to understand why someone would want
to claim the credit of others work!
This stuff is posted to the net by those who do not understand the confusion it causes. If they would only
explain that there is a family connection but the direct
lineage is not yet proven, it would make it much more understandable.
Again: Williamus Prater (d' Praers) is a work in process!
