First conversion of a Jew?

According to "A chronological history of Puerto Rico" by Federico Ribes Tovar, On October 22, 1858, Bishop of Puerto Rico Friar Benigno Carrion de Malaga administered the sacraments of baptism and confirmation to a person formerly of the Jewish Faith?

Does anyone know the name of this person.
Ariel Blondet
