Hi, there was a "pastor" Bernier at the Lutheran church in Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico. I met here in California a Bernier, he must be in his 90s...I think he still lives in Buena Park, California and he had 2 sons...I don't their names...Hope this info. can help you.
