Hi,
I don't think caretakers do plot lookups, at least not in my hometown. Maybe its different in Mayaguez. Your best bet is to contact a relative that you trust, plan a trip, or hire somebody. 1925. Her remains may have been reinterred to make room for other burials and her name may or may not have been added to the plot. Find out who has custodial responsibility for the cemetary, they might do a records search for a fee. I don't know. I'm lucky. My mom lives in Puerto Rico. If I need any information, she'll get it for me or let me know how to get it.

Good luck,
Jorge
