In the Census of 1910, both Jorge and Victor had the surname Gonzalez. But all other documents Jorge carries the Blasini Surname but not Victor. Probably because he was a natural son. But my feeling is that he was also son of Jorge also, but probably Epifania was not married to Jorge.
The information of Santiago Sallaberry Safini that I have is that he was born 30 Dec 1867 in France, son of Alexandre Sallaberry Clauset of France and Teresa Sixta Safini Rodriguez (relatives from Spain). He was the brother of Victor Sallaberry, the first Mayor of Guanica (Yauco)after the US Invasion of 1898. This Victor along with Arturo Lluberas and others presented a project to constitute Guanica as a "Municipio", separating Guanica from Yauco.
