Jorge Blasini Flach (this is the way it is spelled in Corsica) was a member of the Blasini Family of Rogliano, Cap Corse, Corsica. Members of this family still reside there and I have met many of them during my frequent visits to Rogliano.
Michel Verge Franceschi, a noted Corsican historian, is very knowledgeable of this family and might be able to help you. Among his many books, I found the following one full of genealogical data:
