MAKING MY FAMILY TREE, CAN YOU HELP?
Posted by: Arlene Fajardo (ID *****3518) Date: March 11, 2008 at 20:25:51

I live in Puerto Rico, my grandfather was born in Cidra Puerto Rico, his name was Alejo Fajardo, his dad (my great-grandfather) came from Spain, his name was Cyprian Fajardo ( I may be mistaking the spelling)his wife (my great grandmother)was Marcela Ortiz.

My grandfather was "trigueño" and I think his eyes were green, fro what I understand he took after his father. I don't know what part of Spain they came from, I hear from some family members that he came from the Canary Islands, but I have another friend who is from Spain and he told me that olive skinned w/light eyes came from a certain part of spain, but I forgot what part he told me. If anybody can shed some light i'll appreciate it.
God bless!
