Hi Sandra
Thank you for your response regarding my posting. I believe that Louis Lombardo Ramirez and his sister Mercedes were from the San German area in Cabo Rojo. Louis died in California but his sister continued to reside in San German, Cabo Rojo. I do not know if she is still living, but I know she would be quite elderly now.
