Thanks for you offer of help. Unfortunately, I have not other information that the fact that he was mayor of San Sebastian. If you visit my Negroni website at

you will se that I have traced the family to the 11th century. I have traced most of the lateral families including to my fourth and fifth cousins in Puerto Rico but no luck with Manuel Rivera Negroni.

The Negroni characteristics that I mention are the same as my grandfather and father. Round face, balding, white skin and gordito.....
