I think that Snowden Sr. was his brother. They lived in Wilmington, Ohio...actually Chester Township in Clinton County. I have been trying, for years, to figure out the relationships of the Powers listed in the 1820 census in Clinton County. Would you please contact me via email so we can compare notes.
