While at the library copying obits for someone, I managed to get a copy of the following obit. I thought I would post it in case it is helpful to someone. Lowell Sun Lowell, MA November 3, 1938 MRS DORA P. SULLIVAN Mrs. Dora P. (Powers) Sullivan, a resident of St. Margaret's parish for a number of years, lving at 453 Parker street, died this morning at St. Joseph's hospital. While not in the best of health, her death will come as a shock to her friends. Surviving are her husband, Daniel J. Sullivan of the Eastern Massachusetts Street Railway Co.; three daughters, Madeline C., Mary E. and Dorothy V. Sullivan; three sons, John F., of the Lowell police department, DAniel J. and Edward T. Sullivan; two sisters, Mrs. Peter O'Neill and Mrs. Nellie Murphy, and a brother, William Powers in Ireland, and several nieces and nephews, among them Capt. William Murphy of the Lowell police department, and Edward O'Neil. The body will be removed to her home, 453 Parker street, by Funeral Director Frank Fay, where friends may call after 6 p.m. today.
