G.W. Shell was my great grandfather. I am trying to finish a family tree and my great grandmother, Mary Ellen (I believe) Powers is becoming a dead end for me. If anyone has information on her I would be ever greatful. I have finished most everyone else on the side of my father, the Shell, Wireman and Horn side. I would sure like to finish this one and make it complete. Both of them were born in Va and resided in Boyd and Floyd counties in Kentucky. Somewhere near or after 1920 she died. He did in 1911. I have been unsuccessful in finding anything like marriage records or death records on her.
Hope someone out there knows something!
